No! But remember, agent engagement with PrimeStreet is one of the biggest factors for receiving more leads. If you aren't using the app the system will not view you as an active user.

Top performing agents accept the referral within 10 seconds. If you miss the notification, it will go to other agents until it is accepted.

For iPhone, take the following steps:

  1. Go to iTunes on your phone.
  2. Click on the top right where you see your Apple ID photo, then click on 'purchased'.
  3. You should see the PrimeStreet app icon. Click the little cloud icon next to it.


For Android, take the following steps:

  1. Go to the Google Play Store on your phone.
  2. Type PrimeStreet into the search field.
  3. Click Download or (Open if the app transferred over from your Google account to your new device).
  4. Enter your user and password once inside the app.

  • You MUST log into your app at least once a week to ensure optimal performance and so that you receive any new notifications.
  • Make sure your account settings aren't too narrow. You can set up your price range, primary zip code and radius, hours of availability, etc. The more available you are and the wider the price range you set, the more opportunities of a referral being offered to you.
  • If you're relatively new, it can sometimes take a couple of weeks for a new team to fully ramp up, so don't be discouraged.
  • Lastly, make sure you select a sound notification so you hear your phone when a referral is being offered to you. Agents that tend to have their phones near them are usually faster to respond and are more successful with accepting a live referral.

If it was an iPhone, take the following steps:

Agents who had less than 8 total transactions within the last 12 months are enrolled as a Rising Star. As a Rising Star, your minimum price setting will be set for you to ensure you are eligible to receive as many referrals as possible.

  1. Go to the Google Play Store on your phone.
  2. Type PrimeStreet into the search field.
  3. Click Download or (Open if the app transferred over from your Google account to your new device).
  4. Enter your user and password once inside the app.

The number to save to your device so you are aware when we call you is 833-203-4848. You can also add this number to your contacts through the app.

Open the app:
  1. Open your app
  2. Click the gear icon in the top right corner
  3. Then select Add PrimeStreet to Contacts
  4. Lastly click Add Contact
You should now see PrimeStreet Realty when you search through your contacts. Please note that when you hit "accept" on your phone we are calling you within a matter of seconds with a LIVE consumer on the line. Please also be mindful that this will be the first impression the consumer will have of you.

A common cause for app errors can be attributed to an out of date app or a memory/space issue. We recommend clearing your cache,below are instructions:

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Tap on General. Tap on iPhone Storage.
  3. Here, you'll see an exhaustive list of apps on your phone. Click the one you'd like to clear and tap Offload App. You'll get a message informing you that the app will be deleted, but it's documents and data will remain. Tap Offload App.

  1. Open the Settings of your phone.
  2. Tap the Storage heading to open its settings page.
  3. If your phone runs Android Oreo or earlier, you'll want to open the App Manager settings page.
  4. Find the application you want to clear the cache of and tap its listing.
  5. Tap the Clear Cache button.
